Submerge the inner cooling wallet in cold water and leave to soak for 20–30 minutes. Then gently manipulate the wallet to spread the crystals evenly across all panels. Pat dry with a towel, then leave to air dry for around 5 minutes so the crystals can soak up any remaining surface moisture. Once semi-dry to the touch, pop the activated inner wallet back into its outer protective cover, add your medications, and you're ready for up to 45 hours of temperature-controlled storage.

• an inner cooling wallet containing specially designed crystals;
• and an outer protective cover.

When soaked in water, the crystals absorb the water and form a gel-like substance. As that moisture gradually evaporates, it naturally draws heat from the surrounding environment — the same principle that makes sweat cool your body down.

This controlled evaporation process has been laboratory-tested and proven to keep the interior of the pouch within the safe room-temperature range of 18–26°C for at least 45 hours, even in outside temperatures as high as 38°C.

It's easy to tell by look and feel. When fully active, the crystals will have absorbed water, and the inner wallet feels soft, flexible, and gel-like — you'll be able to see and feel the gel spread across the panels.

As the evaporation does its work, the gel gradually decreases and the crystals start to return to their original dry, granular form.
