Here’s a guide on how to use each of its three cooling methods and understand the cooling performance you can expect.

1. DUAL COOLER MODE: COLD PACK + USB FOR MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY

Harness the combined strength of the Biogel Cold Pack and USB Power Lid to keep your medications cold for up to three days.

1. Prepare the Biogel Cold Pack: Shake the Biogel cold pack several times to ensure even distribution of the gel.
2. Freeze the Biogel Cold Pack: Place the Biogel cold pack in the freezer for at least 6-8 hours. It's perfectly fine if it stays frozen longer than 8 hours.
3. Submerge In Lukewarm Water: Submerge the cold pack in lukewarm tap water for 2 to 3 minutes. If lukewarm water isn't available, simply leave it at room temperature for 15-20 minutes. This step helps remove any frost from the surface of the pack, preventing direct ice contact and risks of freezing your medication.
4. Dry and Pack: Towel dry the Biogel cold pack thoroughly and place it alongside your insulin or medication inside the travel cooler.
